Senior HR Admin & Employment specialist

Iasi, Romania

We're looking for a dedicated HR Admin & Employment specialist who can join our Finance & Admin team as the go-to person in matters regarding employment contracts and procedures, as well as some additional administrative issues.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience working on a similar position, preferably in the IT industry. 


  • Ensure that the database is properly updated and in a timely manner with employees’ data and any type of change that may appear within the lifecycle of an employee
  • Implement transfers, promotions, bonuses, salary increases
  • Prepare and check payroll data, inform stakeholders in a timely manner about all changes from an administrative perspective related to employees’ changes
  • Manage the sourcing and organization of documents for a new hire
  • Ensure that employment contracts are accurate and agreed upon with the new hire
  • Update internal documents
  • Manage medical insurance for new hires
  • Manage days off for company employees
  • Operate changes to employment contracts
  • Operate employment contract terminations
  • Manage work safety and security procedures and activities (SSM&SU)
  • Make sure all legal updates for labor code are implemented ( eg. GDPR, remote work, CCM)
  • Manage work tracking documents
  • Manage work medicine documents and activities
  • Implement procedure for meal tickets and vacation vouchers
  • Working knowledge of the IT industry and its practices

Knowledge and skills

  • Min. 3 years experience in a similar position 
  • Knowledge of legal requirements for employment contracts e.g. types of contracts, additional contracts, legal notice, CCM and ROI provisions, etc.
  • Knowledge of employment processes and procedures e.g. timesheets, remote work, tax deductions, medical leaves, employee benefits, foreign hiring, work visas etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Good English skills (B1 minimum)
  • Familiar with digital tools and ways of working in a software company
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Proactive regarding legal changes and implementation
  • Working knowledge of WinMentor
  • Experience working in Revisal
  • Nice to have -  HR Inspector Certificate
