We are looking for a Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing one or multiple concurrent agile software development projects.
Your primary focus will be to facilitate the design and discovery process, lead the project scope and requirements definition and plan and coordinate the execution of the software project(s) assigned to you. A good understanding of agile software development processes and practices, as well as project management skills and experience are necessary to successfully fulfill this role.
In terms of experience, we're looking for someone who has occupied a similar role in the past 2-5 years, in different contexts and projects.

Use planning, tracking, coordinating tools and techniques to ensure project execution happens in the given constraints (timeline, budget, scope) and project objectives are achieved.
Create and manage forecasts, roadmaps, release plans that reflect project priorities and meet project objectives.
Embrace ownership of the projects assigned to you and use critical thinking to make informed decisions or decision proposals throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Forecast and manage resource allocation to meet the project's budget and timeline constraints.
Define the delivery process together with the tech lead and team members, monitor relevant metrics, inspect and adapt to ensure an efficient delivery.
Use agile frameworks (mostly scrum, kanban) to coordinate with the development team.
Guide/coach the team and client on agile if necessary.
Coordinate the product discovery phase, in order to define scope and product requirements in close collaboration with UX designers, technical and business stakeholders.
Create and manage the product backlog and define work priorities for your team.
Be your team’s go-to person for product information and decisions.
Lead data-driven research, test and validation efforts for product improvements.
Embrace ownership of projects, make informed decisions, and assess issues from multiple perspectives
Propose solutions to identified problems.
Forecast team allocation and the financial forecast, issue and send invoices to clients.
Asses team composition needs and address internally.
Communicate and manage expectations of team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion to ensure on-time delivery.
Build and maintain solid relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Create reports and keep relevant stakeholders informed regarding the progress of the project, both internally and externally.
