We’re looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer with solid experience in manual testing and a mid-level experience in automation, ideally for mobile applications built with React Native.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Software Delivery Lead, Product Manager, developers, designers, and QA colleagues to ensure high-quality deliverables across our products.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure end-to-end product quality by combining structured manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) with automated test coverage (where applicable), including mobile-specific scenarios.

Responsibilities

Review and refine acceptance criteria and requirements with stakeholders, providing clear and actionable feedback;

Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases;
- Perform manual testing for mobile applications (iOS & Android), covering: functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing;

Validate UI/UX consistency across devices, OS versions, and screen sizes;

Identify, document, and track defects clearly and thoroughly;

Create, contribute to or maintain automated E2E tests (mobile tools like Maestro - preferably, Patrol, Detox, Appium – depending on project setup);

Ensure proper test coverage for critical mobile flows (authentication, navigation, offline mode, permissions, push notifications, etc.)

Collaborate proactively with developers to identify edge cases and potential risks early
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and promote quality-first mindset within the team

Support release validation for App Store / Google Play deployments
Knowledge and skills
- 3+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation);

Solid experience testing web and/or mobile applications;
- Good understanding of mobile-specific testing challenges: different devices and OS versions; network variability, device permissions, app lifecycle (background/foreground);
- Experience writing clear test cases and test scenarios;

Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira);

Basic to intermediate experience with automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, or similar);
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript (at least at a basic level, for automation context);
- Experience working in Agile environments;
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English (min B2);
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude;
- Customer service oriented;
- Self-driven; Be creative, take initiative, and do what you know needs to be done to complete your task;
- Knowledge of digital trends, standards, and issues.
