Picture this: you are a newly-hired English Teacher that gets thrown into a virtual classroom. You have to find fast solutions to teaching online, to onboard all of your students, their parents and other, less tech-savvy colleagues. Analysing the market, deciding on the type of app you will build, estimating the budget and, finally, the execution – they all are long steps that can sometimes discourage you. I am a full-time software developer at Thinslices, and I also have Team Leader responsibilities. Like many of us, for the past 4 months I’ve been working from home.
