UX/UI Designer (mid-senior)

We’re on the lookout for a talented Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our team and shape intuitive, user-centered experiences.

Your main job? Craft and own the UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and handoff, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with user and business needs.

Responsibilities

User-centered design process

• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to delivering high-fidelity prototypes.

• Conduct user research to understand workflows, pain points, and needs, ensuring insights drive design decisions.

• Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive user journeys and experiences.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with client and user expectations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Partner with PMs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project objectives, constraints, and timelines.

• Work closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to discussions on scope, priorities, and delivery.

Design excellence and advocacy

• Ensure the quality and consistency of designs, maintaining adherence to design systems and industry best practices.

• Advocate for UX best practices within the team and with clients.

• Occasionally assist in defining product requirements and workflows alongside PMs and business stakeholders.

Stakeholder communication

• Present and justify design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Incorporate feedback effectively, balancing user needs with business goals.

Skills & Requirements

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years of experience in UX design, working on complex, cross-functional projects.

• Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Solid knowledge of Figma and familiarity with design systems.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development processes.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including PMs, developers, and QA.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and adapt to feedback.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities.

• Good English skills (B2+) for effective communication with international clients and stakeholders.
